Return Conditions
- Eligible Returns: Items must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
- Original State: Items must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team at homereachlifestyltherapy@gmail.com with your order number.
- Receive a return authorization and the specific return address from our team.
- Package items securely in their original packaging.
- Ship to the provided address using a trackable carrier (insurance is recommended for high-value items).
Important: DO NOT return items to the address found on the product packaging. ONLY use the return address provided by our customer service team. Packages sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Beauty products, cosmetics, and skincare items
- Clearance or sale items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after our team inspects the returned item. The credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the item was received defective.
Lost or Stolen Packages
HomeReach Lifestyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. We recommend filing a report with your local postal service and checking with neighbors if a package is marked as delivered but not found.
Warranty Support
We provide full support for items received damaged or defective. If you receive an incorrect or broken item, please contact us immediately at our support email for a resolution.
