Delivery Estimates

- Standard Shipping Time: 6-10 business days.
Please note that processing time is in addition to the estimated shipping time. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has shipped.

Tracking & Secured Shipping

Note: Tracking updates may take a short period to appear after the shipping confirmation as couriers process the scans.
Address Changes
Once an order is in transit, we are unable to update the shipping address. Please double-check your information at checkout to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
Package Protection & Lost Items
For added peace of mind, we offer optional Package Protection at checkout. This covers your shipment if it is lost, stolen, or stuck in customs.
- With Package Protection: If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at homereachlifestyltherapy@gmail.com for a replacement or refund.
- Without Package Protection: HomeReach Lifestyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed. In this case, please file a report with your local postal service.
